Sale M&K Group to Fields Group

Yuno Advisors assisted the shareholders of M&K Group in the sale of their shareholding to the Dutch private equity firm Fields Group.

M&K Group, operating under the name Maehler & Kaege, is a specialized player on the market of electrical connectors and connections for various industrial applications. Maehler & Kaege has a production location in the Czech Republic, an engineering department in Slovakia en sales offices in both the Netherlands and Germany. With a worldwide client base and a broad range of products, Maehler & Kaege has realized a unique position in many niche markets. The Company currently employs approximately 110 FTEs.

Gropeco Group, the former shareholder of M&K Group, is a Dutch holding from which a group of international operating companies is controlled. Gropeco Group has already divested several activities in previous years. Gropeco Group sold its Lightronics activities to De Hoge Dennen Capital and its AGMI activities to the management (now part of ABN AMRO Participaties).
