Pok\u00e9 Perfect is een \u2018healthy\u2019 fast casual concept gericht op Hawa\u00efaanse gerechten met momenteel vestigingen in Amsterdam (2) en Utrecht (1).<\/p>\n<p>Pok\u00e9 Perfect (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pokeperfect.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.pokeperfect.nl<\/a>) opende in 2016 haar eerste vestiging aan de Prinsengracht in Amsterdam. Het op de Hawa\u00efaanse keuken ge\u00efnspireerde fast casual concept onderscheidt zich met haar gezonde Pok\u00e9 Bowls van andere food concepten. Na het succes van de eerste vestiging volgde snel een tweede vestiging in Amsterdam (Kinkerstraat) en een vestiging in Utrecht (Korte Jansstraat). Een groot aantal gerechten worden met behulp van diverse bezorgdiensten bij de consumenten thuisbezorgd, maar daarnaast is er ook de mogelijkheid om bij de diverse vestigingen op locatie te eten of af te halen.<\/p>\n<p>Oprichters Gerrit Jan en Quinta Witzel zien ruimte voor hun concept en de ambitie is om snel meer vestigingen te openen, zowel in binnen- als buitenland.
