G’nger (part of 2050Foods) acquires Van Kempen Fruitsappen

Yuno Advisors advised G’nger, a portfolio company of 2050Foods, on the acquisition of Van Kempen Fruitsappen.

Van Kempen Fruitsappen (www.vankempenfruitsappen.nl), based in Ouddorp, has been operating as a family business since its foundation in 1993. The company produces pure, organic fruit juices without additives. Originally starting out as fruit growers, they expanded their range with various juices and smoothies, which are sold exclusively to restaurants, catering companies, and delicatessens. With the transfer to G’nger, the family business is entering a new phase of development and growth.

G’nger (www.gnger.nl) is a producer of functional vegetable-based juices, functional shots, and pure ginger juices. With the acquisition of Van Kempen Fruitsappen, G’nger is further expanding its existing product range with high-quality natural juices.
