Nick Vermeulen

I am partner and co-founder of Yuno Advisors. Over the past 15 years I have been active in the M&A and debt financing transaction, mostly in the food industry. I enjoy working on challenging transaction and I distinguish myself by making complex situations transparent and understandable.

I co-founded Yuno Advisors with Thorstein in early 2013 because we saw a growing demand for specialised and focused M&A advice. The tangibility of products and processes is something that really appeals to me, especially in combination with the often family-like nature of the companies we work for.

Prior to starting Yuno Advisors, I worked at the Dutch corporate finance boutique Lindenaar & Co Corporate Finance from 2007 until 2012, and contributed to the further growth of this boutique. In that period, I pro-actively focused on the Food sector.

Prior to my professional career, I studied at Tilburg University (The Netherlands). First a bachelor in Business Studies followed by a Master in Financial Management. During my studies I have also followed the “Honors Program”, which gave me more insight in the various aspects of other University studies.

Outside of work I have a passion for cycling (both on- and off-road) and skiing. In line with this passion, I have also previously been team manager of a women’s elite cycling team that was active in national and international road races. I live together with my partner in Zeist and am the happy father of two children.
