As of today, Yuno Advisors has published its 7th market report: “Foodservice”.

In this edition we take a closer look at the ‘Foodservice’ sector, with a focus on restaurant concepts. The report includes a compact sector analysis with stock price developments and trading multiples of listed players, including comparability benchmarks. We also look at M&A activity in the food sector as a whole and focus on specific deals in the foodservice sector. The report distinguishes between listed companies active in ‘Fast Food’ and ‘Fast Casual’ in order to highlight the differences in market development between the two sub-segments in the foodservice sector.
