Deal

Crème de la Cream Group (“CDLC”), a company offering food related co-packing and co-manufacturing solutions – is sold to Portion Pack Europe, a subsidiary of the German listed Südzucker group. With the acquisition by Portion Pack Europe, CDLC comes under the wings of one of the largest producers of portion packs in Europe. This international strategic acquisition will enable both parties to further strengthen their position and also achieve various synergy effects, both in operations and commercially.

Role Yuno Advisors

Yuno acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of CDLC throughout the entire transaction regarding an international trade sale. Our advice included overall deal coordination, drafting of the information memorandum, structuring of the transaction, assisting in deal negotiations and management package, drafting a letter of intent, financial modelling including sensitivity and valuation analyses, coordination of the due diligence investigation and – in cooperation with a lawyer – negotiating the process documentation.
