Food concept Poké Perfect realizes growth financing

Yuno Advisors advised an informal investor in the realization of growth funding aimed for further expansion of the Poké Perfect concept. Poké Perfect is a healthy fast casual concept with Hawaiian inspired food currently located in Amsterdam (2) and Utrecht (1).

Poké Perfect (www.pokeperfect.nl) opened its first location at the Prinsengracht (Amsterdam) in 2016. The Hawaiian inspired fast casual concept distinguishes itself from other food concepts by being specialized in healthy Poké Bowls. After the success of its first location, Poké Perfect expanded to a second location in Amsterdam (Kinkerstraat) and a location in Utrecht (Korte Jansstraat). The majority of meals is being distributed to its customers through various delivery services, but there is also the opportunity to eat or take-away at any of the three current locations.

Founders Gerrit Jan and Quinta Witzel see plenty of opportunities for further growth of their concept and have the ambition to expand to more locations both in the Netherlands and abroad. The informal investor has committed itself to a plan aimed at accelerated growth.
