Our Experience

We have worked on a number of consumer electronics related deals, including the financial restructuring of one of the largest wholesaler and retailer of consumer electronics in the Netherlands.

Moreover, we have assisted a private equity firm on another envisaged transaction, in which one of the largest Dutch retail formulas of consumer electronics and home appliances filed for bankruptcy.
