Our Experience

We have advised Saffelberg Investments in 2018 in the 100% sale of Wigersma & Sikkema, producer of gas pressure regulators and inspection systems for gas stations, to private equity investor Atlantic Capital.

In 2015 we have advised in the realization of the share transfer of family owned electronic installations specialist Hinfelaar Elektrotechniek from the third to the fourth generation.

In 2015 we also performed an independent valuation assignment and scenario analysis for the management of the secure cash transporter Brink’s Nederland.

We assisted testing, inspection and certification (TIC) specialist DEKRA in 2013 in its acquisition of the assessment and certification organization ViaNorm of Innovam Group.

In 2013 we also assisted the shareholders of M&K Group, a specialized player on the market of electrical connectors and connections for various industrial applications, in the sale of their shareholding to the Dutch private equity firm Fields Group.
