Our Experience

Our track record in the fashion market covers one of the largest Dutch retail and fashion design companies, of which a majority stake was sold to a large private equity firm in a so-called “owner buy-out”.

Moreover, in the past we have worked for the American VF Corp in the possible entry on the Dutch market by means of the possible acquisition of a large Dutch denim company, as well as the shareholder restructuring of a large conglomerate of various well known fashion brands..

In the jewelry market, we assisted the shareholder of Beau Monde Retail in the sale of its Pandora stores (7 Pandora Concept Stores, 4 Pandora Shop-in-shops and an online Pandora shop) to Pandora Group in 2013.

Previously, we advised CVC Capital Partners in the sale of the leading jewellery formula Siebel via a secondary buy-out to another private equity firm.
