Our experience spans a broad range of subsectors, including telecom infrastructure, software & IT services, technical services, testing, inspection & certification (TIC), electrical engineering, industrial components, logistics services and specialised B2B software solutions.
Our Experience
Telecom infrastructure & managed services
In 2022, we advised the shareholders of Aliter Networks, a specialist in telecom and network infrastructure, on the sale of the company to private equity investor Waterland. This transaction underlines our experience with technically oriented companies operating in critical infrastructure, connectivity and managed services.
Software, IT services & digital infrastructure
In 2025, we advised PS in Foodservice on its acquisition by Swedish Matilda FoodTech. PS in Foodservice provides software solutions for recipe management, costing, allergen management and operational processes within the foodservice sector.
Later in 2021, we advised Outperform on joining the REMIRA Group. Outperform specialises in supply chain software and forecasting solutions for retailers and wholesalers, further strengthening our experience in SaaS, supply chain technology and mission critical software.
Earlier in 2021, we advised the shareholders of Relyon on the sale of a majority stake to Main Capital Partners. Relyon is active in software solutions and digital compliance and quality management processes.
Industrial technology & technical services
In 2018, we advised Saffelberg Investments on the full sale of Wigersma & Sikkema, a manufacturer of gas pressure regulators and inspection systems for gas stations, to investment company Atlantic Capital.
In 2017, we advised Maes Beheer Groep on securing growth and acquisition financing. Maes Beheer Groep operates within technical services and installation-related activities.
In 2015, we advised family-owned business Hinfelaar Elektrotechniek on the transfer of ownership from the third to the fourth generation. In the same year, we also prepared an independent valuation analysis and scenario analyses for the management of cash transportation company Brink’s Netherlands.
Testing, inspection & certification (TIC) and industrial components
We also have extensive experience within testing, inspection & certification (TIC), industrial technology and technical services. In 2013, we assisted TIC specialist DEKRA in the acquisition of ViaNorm, the assessment and certification organisation of Innovam Group.
In the same year, we advised the shareholders of M&K Group on the sale of their shareholding to investment company Fields Group. M&K Group specialises in electrical connectors and interconnection solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
