In the furniture segment, Yuno recently assisted a.o. Auping in its M&A strategy.

We have also worked on multiple assignments for the largest international Hästens retailer that is active on the Dutch market with a.o. the Flag Ship store in Leiderdorp. For this client we have performed both a valuation assignment and a debt financing transaction.

Our experience in home decoration and kitchenware spans a series of mandates for a producer of branded ceramics products in its acquisition strategy, including a strategic M&A assignment, and subsequently two acquisitions in the field of home decoration (glassware) and kitchenware, including the arrangement of necessary funding.
