Our Experience

In leisure we have assisted Amstelfilm in the financial and legal split-off (demerger) of its cinema-on-demand platform We Want Cinema to a separate legal entity as well as participation by a business relation. Furthermore, Yuno Advisors advised Amstelfilm in the successful grant of a European subsidy program.

In travel we have performed M&A and fund raising mandates for a large provider of travel solutions in both the business-to-business market and the consumer markets.

Also, in our previous activities, we were involved in one of the largest mergers of online concepts in the Dutch travel market.
