Our Experience

Yuno advised various producers of dry grocery and ambient products in M&A transactions.

In 2017 we assisted the kids brand Fred & Ed, active in bread toppings, in the sale to Smilde Bakery, renowned for its home bake mixes Home Made.

Furthermore, over the last years we have worked on transactions with Dutch companies that include the largest branded and private label rice producer of the Netherlands.

We also advised Van Sillevoldt in the sale of the spices and rice company Silvo to McCormick.
