Our experience

In the past, we have advised one of the largest international private equity firms in a controlled auction involving a major European meat division with operations across multiple European countries.

In addition, we supported an MBI team in an acquisition process aimed at the intended purchase of a Dutch producer of grilled meat products and meat alternatives.

We have also been involved in various transactions with companies active in meat and fish processing. Examples include the sale of Tjendrawasih by Royaan, a specialist in filled dough products such as bao buns, to Dutch Bakery and Standard Investment, as well as the transaction in which Italian Poké House acquired a stake in Poké Perfect, a fast-casual restaurant concept focused on Hawaiian-style fish dishes.
