Our Experience

We have worked for one of the largest international private equity parties in a controlled auction process of a large European meat division with activities in various European countries including some of the leading brands in meat products.

Furthermore, we have assisted an MBI team in the acquisition process of a Dutch producer of grilled meat products and meat substitutes.

Lastly, we were involved in various transactions in which meat and fish is being processed, such as the sale of Royaan owned Tjendrawasih, a specialized producer of filled buns including bapao, to Dutch Bakery and Standard Investment.
