E-commerce

Business-to-consumer food and non-food e-commerce platforms and related activities.

Our Experience

Over the last few years we advised on a number of E-Commerce transactions.

In 2021, Yuno advised the “business-to-consumer” granola brand Oot Granola on a growth financing, realised with Lotus Bakeries’ corporate venture fund.

In 2017 Yuno advised the Dutch family run company Waysis on the sale of a substantial equity stake in the Real Time Parking Platform Yellowbrick to the French private equity owned Flowbird Group (previously Parkeon). In the same year we advised a food retail shareholder of websuper Picnic in the €100 million fund raising with NPM Capital and the existing shareholders.

In 2016 we advised the shareholders of a B2C platform in affordable furniture on a transaction, and we have also advised clients on various buy-side and sell-side e-commerce initiatives including various segments such as online gardening, automotive, financial services, etc.
