Our Experience

Yuno Advisors has broad experience in transactions within the Retail segment.

In recent years, we have assisted Auping with its growth and acquisition strategy. Auping operates its own shops in addition to production and sales to third parties.

Previously we advised the shareholders of a B2C platform in affordable furniture and also serviced clients on transactions within fashion retail such as the sale of one of the largest fashion chains in the Netherlands to Bencis Capital Partners, but also retail travel organizations and a chain of consumer electronics.

Several years ago we also advised CVC Capital Partners in the sale of a number of former Vendex retail chains, including the sale of Prénatal to an Italian family company and Siebel Jewelry to a private equity investor.
