Acquisition Simac Business Applications by Waysis

Yuno Advisors assisted the shareholders of Waysis in the acquisition of Simac Business Applications, a division of the Dutch listed company Simac Techniek NV.

Simac Business Applications is a specialized company active in the field of (mobile) parking enforcement. Simac Business Applications will be integrated in the international ‘real-time’ parking division of Waysis, which also includes both Brick Parking and Yellowbrick.
