Yuno Advisors assisted Karsten International in the acquisition as well as related acquisition financing of Remalux in early 2021. Both companies supply a wide range of non-food products to non-food discounters (such as Action), supermarkets, pharmacies, DIY stores and wholesalers. The product categories of both companies include personal care, household products, consumer electronics, hobby and office products and travel and first aid products.
