Our Experience

In recent years, Yuno Advisors has assisted several companies active in confectionery in M&A and (re)financing advisory processes. In 2015 we assisted the owner of Sulá, a hard-cast sugar-free confectionery manufacturer, in its sale to The European Candy Group, backed by Bencis Capital Partners.

In addition, Yuno Advisors advised, among others, one of the leading brand producers of sweet bread spreads in a financial-strategic analysis, and in 2017, we assisted children’s brand Fred & Ed, known in particular for sprinkles and bread spreads, in its sale to Smilde Bakery, known in part for its consumer brand Home Made.

We also have relationships with several companies in the Benelux operating in the production of sweets and other confectionery products.
