Our Experience

In 2022, Yuno Advisors assisted the founders of sustainable snack brand John Altman in a sales process, and in 2021, we assisted Oot Granola in the participation by Lotus Bakeries of Belgium. Previously, in 2016, we assisted Royaan (including Kwekkeboom, Van Dobben) in the sale of Dutch filled dough and Ethnic Foods producer Tjendrawasih to Dutch Bakery, backed by private equity firm Standard Investment.

In previous positions, we worked on, among other things, the acquisition of a medium-sized Dutch producer of frozen and vegetarian snack products. We also have a wide range of contacts within the Dutch frozen and chilled food market.
