Our Experience

Food Retail & Food Service is one of the key focus areas of Yuno within the Retail segment. Yuno Advisors advised various members of the purchasing association Superunie and other food retailers on M&A transactions and (re)financings.

In the years 2020 – 2022, we advised SPAR on successively the acquisition of The Tosti Club, a deal with SPAR University as well as modelling on the internal pricing and condition regime.

In 2019, we advised the founders of STACH on their sale to caterer Vermaat. In previous years we also advised food retail organization Boni with the realization of a refinancing of its entire group debt facilities. We advised a food retail shareholder of websuper Picnic in the €100 million fund raising with NPM Capital and the existing shareholders. Furthermore, we advised Landmarkt, a specialized food retail organization with a focus on fresh and local products, on the entry of a new shareholder.
