Yuno Advisors advised Townhouse Hotels and European Hotel Capital (EUHC) on the acquisition of Hotel Keyser and Hotel Botanique in Breda. Following this acquisition, Townhouse Hotels expands its portfolio to ten hotels across five cities in the Netherlands.

Townhouse Hotels (http://www.townhousehotels.nl) is a growing collection of distinctive city hotels in the Netherlands. Formerly operating under the name LBG Hotels, the hotel group focuses on unique hotel concepts with a strong local identity. With the addition of Hotel Keyser and Hotel Botanique, Townhouse Hotels expands its presence to Breda, alongside Maastricht, Eindhoven, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Hotel Keyser is an established city hotel in a central location in Breda, known for its character and history. Hotel Botanique is a contemporary boutique hotel with a concept inspired by local stories and the identity of the city. Both hotels are therefore a strong fit with Townhouse Hotels’ strategy to build a nationwide collection of distinctive hotels with strong local roots.

European Hotel Capital (http://www.euhc.eu) is a hotel asset management organisation founded by Joost Mees together with a number of financial partners. EUHC invests in and partners with hotels that have a strong market position and growth potential in attractive Dutch cities. The acquisition in Breda represents a further step in the joint growth strategy of EUHC and Townhouse Hotels.
