Change of family-ownership Hinfelaar Elektrotechniek

Yuno Advisors has advised in the realization of the share transfer of family owned Hinfelaar Elektrotechniek from the third to the fourth generation. Yuno Advisors advised both parties to finalize the transaction. The advisory work included a.o. the preparation of an information memorandum, business valuation, preparation of transaction documentation, advisory on the transaction structuring and arrangement of the required financing with ING bank.

Hinfelaar Elektrotechniek, based in The Hague and founded in 1920, specializes in electronic installations in various fields for both maintenance and (major) project activities. The company is characterized by a high level of service and customer satisfaction, resulting in a loyal customer base including large housing cooperatives and private customers.

Paul Hinfelaar (fourth generation) will continue to expand the company with the aim of increasing its nationwide coverage and expand the services portfolio. The recent establishment of an office in Rotterdam was a first step in moving ahead to realize this goal.
