Realization of growth and acquisition financing Maes Beheer Groep

Yuno Advisors advised the shareholder of Maes Beheer Groep with the realization of a financing facility to enable further growth as well as realizing an acquisition. Yuno Advisors advised the shareholder during in the entire process which was eventually realized with  ABN AMRO bank.The advisory work included a.o. the drafting of an information memorandum, preparation of an extensive budget and financial model to determine the exact financing need, structuring of the various financing facilities and the negotiations with ABN AMRO.

Maes Beheer Groep – based In Putte, the Netherlands, and active since 1998 – is a franchise organisation with more than 30 franchisees and three different formulas which is active in the field of financial intermediation for mortgages, personal loans and insurances. Maes Beheer Groep is currently active with the formulas ‘De Hypotheekadviseur’, ‘De Kredietadviseur’ and ‘De Verzekeringsadviseur’. Besides advisory services, Maes Beheer Groep also provides its own insurance product to clients under the name ‘De Hollandsche Verzekeringsmaatschappij’.

With the realization of this financing facility and the subsequent acquisition of two personal loan portfolios, Maes Beheer Groep has expanded its position on the market for personal loans. In addition, Maes Beheer Groep has also acquired a company with a complete insurance, mortgage and personal loan portfolio under management.
