Sale stores Beau Monde Retail to Pandora Jewelry

Yuno Advisors advised the shareholder of Beau Monde Retail in the sale of its Pandora stores and online shop in the Netherlands to Pandora Jewelry, part of the international Pandora Group.

Over the last few years, Beau Monde Retail has been active with the roll-out of mono brand Pandora stores on the Dutch market, including 7 Pandora Concept Stores, 4 Pandora Shop-in-shops and an online Pandora shop. With points of sale in Amersfoort, Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Haarlem, Maastricht, Rotterdam and Utrecht, the Pandora stores of Beau Monde Retail have gained a leading position on the Dutch jewellery market. Due to its focus on other jewellery concepts, the shareholder of Beau Monde Retail decided to sell its Pandora related activities to the international Pandora Group.

Pandora Jewelry is part of the Danish listed company Pandora Group, specialized in the design, production and sale of a broad collection of feminine jewellery to “create and combine”. With over 10,000 points of sale over the world of which almost half branded stores, more than 6,000 own employees and a market capitalization of €3.25 billion as of mid 2013, Pandora Group is one of the leading international jewellery chains.
