Our Experience

In the past decade we frequently advised the Dutch company Waysis on M&A transactions. Waysis is the leading company in the Netherlands in parking systems, and founder of the “real time parking” consumer brand Yellowbrick.

In 2019, we assisted Waysis in the sale of its remaining equity stake in Yellowbrick to Flowbird Group (formerly Parkeon), which was the final part of a trilogy of transactions concerning Yellowbrick, which first involved the sale of a stake in conjunction with the creation of an international joint venture, followed by the sale of 2 tranches of shares.

Previously we have also advised Waysis with a.o. the acquisition of Simac Business Applications, a division of the Dutch listed company Simac Techniek NV, and more recently the purchase of assets from Elpar, a company active in access control, visitor registration and camera security.

We have in-depth knowledge of the parking and mobility market with a series of mandates in this market segment.
