Our Experience

Yuno Advisors assisted the shareholders of Crème de la Cream, which is specialised in filling and packaging of, among others, sirups, in its sale to PPE / Südzucker in 2022. In previous years, we assisted one of the Netherlands’ largest wine retailers in an M&A Research assignment, and a high-end wine platform in an international market exploration. We further assisted the founders of The Better for You Company late in 2014 in securing venture capital funding for their concentrated syrup product YEAU!

In addition, Yuno Advisors assisted a major Dutch producer of A-brands in fruit syrup, among other products, in a financial-strategic analysis.

Furthermore, Yuno has undertaken various M&A initiatives and contacts in the dairy field and has also built a network therein.
